\”And he said, Thou hast asked a hard thing: nevertheless, if thou see me when I am taken from thee, it shall be so unto thee; but if not, it shall not be so.
And it came to pass, as they still went on, and talked, that, behold, there appeared a chariot of fire, and horses of fire, and parted them both asunder; and Elijah went up by a whirlwind into heaven.
And Elisha saw it, and he cried, My father, my father, the chariot of Israel, and the horsemen thereof. And he saw him no more: and he took hold of his own clothes, and rent them in two pieces.\” – 2 Kings 2:10-12
When you focus on seeing and you are unwavering in what you want to see, you will certainly handle or become it. When you keenly and steadfastly look, no matter the distractions around, the words of discouragement or the circumstances, your determination will fetch you your desired results.
Do not lose what you are capable of handling just because of your inability to stay focused. Do not join the masses who are refusing to exercise the power of sight like the 50 sons of the Prophet, thereby depriving yourself of your (mantle) inheritance.
When you focus and enter into the realm of seeing, you stand the chance of handling a double portion of what may seem so hard to attain.
