The environment you find yourself in can be enabling force for your sight.
The company you keep can also prevent you from seeing further. When you are in the company of people who lack foresight and do not have the ability to see beyond their now, you are likely to do same. (Proverbs 13:20)
Elisha refused to be in the company of the fifty sons of the Prophet and so was able to see and catch the double portion of the anointing upon Elijah\’s head.
When God wanted to show Ezekiel a vision concerning His people Israel, the Bible says He took him (Ezekiel) to the top of a very high mountain. I believe God did this for clarity and proper understanding into His intents concerning Israel or whatever He was showing Ezekiel. (Ezekiel 40:2 downwards)
Dear friend, it is sometimes necessary to separate yourself in order for you to see properly. Check the company or the environment you are in, if there is the need for pruning to attain proper vision and understanding, do so to enhance that bright future. Exercise the power of sight to your advantage and the rest will fall in their pleasant places in Jesus\’ name, Amen.
