There is a place where you need to forget about the happenings around you, a place where you need to forget about your worries/fears, what you have achieved so far for yourself and what you intend/wish to attain. A place of emptiness where you are only asking God to have His own way, fill you afresh and work or move with you. And it’s at this point that you are full of Him or have a personal encounter with Him, that miracles and testimonies begin to happen in whatever you are involved in; things begin to move supernaturally whether in your ministry, career or assignment. And this is a move that will cause people around you to marvel and begin to ask what you have encountered that is making you do things differently with quality results, “show us the way so we can have this same encounter.”
The Bible says in Acts 13: 6-12, that after Paul had encountered and was filled with the Holy Spirit, he declared that Elymas (Barjesus), the sorcerer or false prophet become blind so that the deputy of the country, Sergius Paulus will be set free from his company.
And it happened just as Paul declared, and this miracle made Sergius Paulus believe in the word of the Lord.
Beloved, if your relationship with God is waxing cold, if your ministry is losing its impact, if the business is not yielding the results you expect, then enter into a place of separation, yearn for this encounter, crave for an infilling of the Holy Spirit, and rest assured that testimonies will follow.
May we receive the grace to thirst for, and be filled with more of Him in Jesus’, Amen.
